I would guess that anyone who spends 1 million to buy citizens must have at least 10 million. That means if they sell 1000 of these citizenships ES gets new citizens with billions of dollars to spend. Just imagine the construction boom: new houses, restaurants and hotels. Not to mention new high-tech businesses. Has anyone started to measure this side...
