A national advisory and accounting firm based in Wauwatosa has acquired certain assets of the Michigan-based Harbour Results Inc.

The Dallas-based real estate developer says an additional 3.5 million square feet of space is being designed at AllianceTexas. That's coming on top of a 766,994-square-foot upscale industrial building Hillwood plans to break ground on in June. It all adds up to a massive bet on speculative space in the North Texas market.
