We are about to paint a new home we bought, previous owners put in new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms and it seems like they just nailed quarter trim and didn't bother to fill anything. What would be the best way to deal with this? Rip it out and redo? Or fill the gap between quarter trim and baseboard, sand, and paint? submitted by ...

apologies in advance for not knowing all the correct terms for curtains and rods. I’m a noob about all things curtains. I’ve been looking for a tension rod (108 inches) that could fit this window and hold up blackout curtains, but haven’t had any luck. So I’m looking into brackets that could go on the two ends of the wall? But also haven’t found...
How should I handle this? Just pulled the stove out from my new apartment and found copper wiring shoved into the electrical outlet which is about an inch recessed from the wall. I’m assuming that’s why there’s no electrical face cover on it. I’m gonna run to the store and get one I’m not sure what the copper wiring mesh is supposed to be covering...
